*Objectives:*
1. Provide safe spaces for young people to express themselves and access support.
2. Offer workshops and training in conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and life skills.
3. Encourage positive relationships with peers and mentors.
4. Support education and employment opportunities.
5. Foster community engagement and social responsibility.
6. Collaborate with justice system stakeholders to provide alternatives to detention and incarceration.
*Program Components:*
1. Community Outreach and Engagement: Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and community groups to reach young people.
2. Workshops and Training: Offer regular workshops on conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and life skills, led by trained facilitators.
3. Mentorship Program: Pair young people with positive role models and mentors for guidance and support.
4. Education and Employment Support: Help young people access educational and employment opportunities.
5. Restorative Justice Practices: Implement restorative justice practices, such as mediation and circles, to address harm and promote healing.
6. Case Management: Provide individualized support and case management for young people involved in the justice system.
*Target Population:* Young people aged 12-24, with a focus on those involved in or at risk of involvement in the justice system.
*Locations:* Community centers, schools, and other safe spaces in target neighborhoods.
*Staff and Partnerships:* Program staff will include trained facilitators, mentors, and case managers. Partnerships will be established with local organizations, schools, and justice system stakeholders.
*Evaluation and Funding:* Regular evaluation will be conducted to assess program effectiveness. Funding will be sought from government agencies, foundations, and private donors.
